Recurve leather bowstringer

DESCRIPTION:
Natural leather bowstringed with adjustable string and double leather reinforcement to avoid slipping. It is made for Recurves.

SUGGESTIONS:
First you have to adjust the string length so it result ok for your bow and your height. It should start its job wen you are back bent and bend the bow enough wen you stand up.
The hood has to be placed on bottom tip over the string in its groove. The opposite strip mast wrap the limb just under the string loop which has to be around the limb (on the handle side, otherwise the string should not move to the tip).
Before to start to pull the bow, you mast keep the stringer strip on the limb in place with you thumb, otherwise it may slip in handle direction. After the bow as bent a bit it remain in place and your hand is free to take the string loop in place.
Once you have removed your bowstringer from the bow, before the first shoot, it is always necessary to check the correct position of string into tips grooves. A string not completely in place may result in an injury to yourself and to the bow.

MY IMPRESSIONS:
Despite to its cheap price, this Bowstringer works really well. I recommend to always use a bowstringed to string a Recurve because to do it with legs needs a very strong experience and, its absence, may result in a twisted bow aery easily..
